A1: Yes. In order to guarantee in our products. Warranty is provided for buyer and buyer is required to do warranty registration. Click Free Warranty registration and fill in Item number and then submit.

All of our item ship from China.The delivery date is about 10-21 business in USA and 10-21 days to Europe after payment. For speedpost,different item to differet country has differet express shipping fees.

Q4: What is the Return Policy?

Zlectronic.com offers 30-day exchange warranty for the same part if found defective. If the part is returned as a defective item, it must be returned within the same 30-day period.

Any refused package upon delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking charge in addition to $10.00 to cover the shipping charge back to us. Shipping not refunded.
