If your Laptop stopped charging or no power at all�� please check the DC power jack first. 
Mostly the problem is the DC power jack broken�� damaged or burned. 
You could replace the broken/burned DC power jack in the motherboard by yourself and fix and repair your laptop.
Many repair centre will keep as spare parts for replacement.
